Garden Apartment
Entire apartment, price per week: 1250 €
For periods longer than a week: contact us for a quote
For shorter periods (minimum 3 days): € 188 per night.
Fees include all consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen (changed weekly), and towels.
Price for final cleaning: € 70.
Terrace apartment
Entire apartment, price per week: 1150€
For periods longer than a week: contact us for a quote
For shorter periods (minimum 3 days): € 178 per night.

– Children aged 10 and over allowed
-Free use of the washing machine, dishwasher and ironing facilities.
-Exclusive mooring if you want to arrive with your own boat of maximum dimensions Mt. 10×3, additional fee 40 EUR per day.
– As Municipal regulations will be due the city tax as follow:
Garden Apartment: Maximum daily cost of Euro 4 for the first 5 days
Terrace Apartment: Maximum daily cost of Euro 3 for the first 5 days
Exempt children up to 10 years of age and 50% reduction for children aged 10 to 16 years
30% reduction in low season
Terms and conditions
To make a reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the entire amount of the stay. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer,PayPal or Credit Card.
The final payment will be paid by cash,credit card or Paypal at your arrival.
Checkin: from 4pm to 10pm (after 10.00pm and until midnight there is a surcharge of €40.00)
Checkout: before 11am of departure day
The registration of documents and final bill are immediate.

how to reach us
Ca’ Bernardo is easy to reach from Marco Polo Airport: with the “vaporetto” Alilaguna in just 30 minutes you will enter in the apartment.
You can find the schedule on the website < a href = “https://www.alilaguna.it/” target = “_blank” rel = “nofollow” > Alilaguna
If you arrive by car, or by train, from Piazzale Roma or from the Railway station in 30/45 minutes in you are in Murano
you will need to take the vaporetto No. 3 or no. 4.2 that will bring you at Murano VENIER boat stop
Ca’ Bernardo is only 300 metres away from the stop of the vaporetto

From the highway, from Mestre Villabona Highway exit:
At the exit continue straight to the “tangenziale” and take the direction to Venice
Go straight to Ponte della Libertà
Once at Piazzale Roma park at the main Parking place or choose the cheeper solution in Tronchetto. ( Then take the boat to P.le Roma)
Take the public Vaporetto nr. 3 or 4.2
Step out in Murano Venier Boat stop
